He is survived by: his wife Diane; his children, Brett (Laura Kotar) and Kimiye (Scott Cowx); his grandchildren, Noah, Selby, Augusta and MacKenzie; his sister-in-law Janet Izumi (Keith Mochizuki); his nephews, Jon Mochizuki (Rachel Lai) and Evan Mochizuki (Kim Mendham); his great-nephew Sam; and his great-niece Ana. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
