He was predeceased by: his parents, Werner Koerthe and Margaret Koerthe. He is survived by: his wife Rosemarie; his sons, Kevin and Derek; his stepchildren, Klaus and Simone (Patrick); and his grandchildren, Stefen, Jonah, Tylor, Ayden, Destini, Isabella and Helena.
