She was predeceased by: her husband Peter Sudak; her parents, Andrew Cichocki and Veronica Cichocki; her siblings, Bernice Panchezak (Peter) and Joseph Cichocki (Mildred); her sister-in-law Stanislawa Makara (Wlodzimierz); and her great-grandparents, Frank and Anna Bielakiewicz.
She is survived by: her sons, John and Joseph; and her cousins, Helen Semeniuk and Maria Krzyszczak. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
