Donald Gillies Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Gillies (Hamilton, Ontario), who passed away on September 4, 2018, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandchild Lily. He is survived by: his spouse Mimi Gillies (Johnston); his children, Stephen Gillies (Deanne), Maureen Gillies, Donna Gillies Marson (Kevin) and John Gillies (DeeAnn); his grandchildren, Erin (Adam), Shauna (Jeremy), Craig, Matthew, Kiera, Allie (Tyler), Geoff, Jenna, Sara and Lisa; his great grandchildren, Olivia and Henry; his siblings, Mary (late Paul) and Barb (Jim); and his siblings-in-law, Donald (Helen) and Lock (late Anne).

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Don to The Carpenter Hospice would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
