She was predeceased by: her parents, Jinnosuke Morita (John) and Eiko Morita; and her sister JoAnne. She is survived by: her siblings, Nancy, Darlene and George; her nephews, Kraft, Robert and Daniel; and her niece Miko. She is also survived by her family, friends.
She volunteered with the Meals on Wheels program, helping to support those in need, and during the pandemic she provided care and support to Japanese seniors, offering companionship and assistance during a particularly challenging time.
