She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond and Anne; and her brother Johnny. She is survived by: her sister Patricia Formosi (Vincent); her nieces and nephews, Jodi-Anne Formosi (Jorge Oliviera), Vincent Formosi Jr. and Jaci-Lynn Formosi (Vitor Martinho); her brother Richard Rice (Carol); and her friend Mona Ward (Corwin). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
