He is survived by: his close friend Angie; his children, Rick (Helena), Terry (Mary), Kevin (Avril) and Brad; his grandchildren, Melissa (Jay), Brian, Jordan (Sheila), Steven (Heather), Michael (Ashley), Sarah, Courtney (Ken) and Thomas; and his great grandchild Sterling.
