She is survived by: her children, Patrick Forestall, Elizabeth (Richard Kawai), Maureen (Ralph Ryk), Gregory Forestall (Lisa Gibson), Ted, Cece and Adam Kawai (Nicole); her grandsons, Elliott and Tyler; her sons, Matthew Mandula (Kristine) and Michael Mandula (Veronica); her grandchild Vega; her children, Megan Mandula (José) and Dylan Forestall (Marlee); her grandchild Charlee; and her child Jerina (Gage). She is also survived by her family, friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Eileen to Margaret's Place Hospice, whose dedicated staff and compassionate volunteers cared for mom for the last several months.
