She was predeceased by: her siblings, Violet, George, Charles, Fitzroy, William, Christoper, Jean, Claude, Elton and Irma; and her daughter Angela.

She is survived by: her spouse Kemrick; her daughters, Gemma, Bernadette, Charmaine and Shelley-Ann; her grandchildren, Rudelle Jordan, Lavonne Jordan, Cleon Jordan, Brent Jordan, Duriel Jordan, Akil Jordan, Michelle Jordan, Sherelle Jordan, Joshuelle Jordan, Matthew Jordan and Danielle Jordan; and her great grandchildren, Uzziah, Teje, Ayden, Elias, Ethan, Maliyah, Gabriel and Malachi.

In lieu of flowers, the family is accepting donations for Elaine's chosen charity, Helena Charles Home for Senior Citizens, LaBrea, Trinidad.
