She was predeceased by: her husband Gordon; her daughter Janet Partington; her son-in-law John Baxter; her parents, Doris Woods and Edward Woods; and her brother Arthur.
She is survived by: her children, Eric, Norma and Karen (Earl Withers); and her grandchildren, Erica, Jonathan, Colin, Tristan (Anne-Lise), Keith and Bryan.
After her husband's death Eleanor volunteered at the Mission Services thrift store where she manned the jewelry counter until Covid hit.
