With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elena Elisa Silvestro (Hamilton, Ontario), who passed away on August 5, 2025 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Giovanna Simonetta and Giacomo Simonetta; her siblings, Virginia, Franco, Lucia and Antonio; her parents-in-law, Michelangelo and Maria Rosa Silvestro; and her husband Giuseppe.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael (late Margherita) and Jack (Teresa); her grandchildren, Joey, Paul (Gabe), Melanie (Heston) and David (Katie); and her sister Rita. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Peter's Hospital would be appreciated.
