She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Braun and Elisabeth Braun. She is survived by: her husband Frank Hanta; her sons, Frank and Andrew; her daughters-in-law, Karin and Judi; her grandchildren, Sarah, Gregory, Christina, Jessica and Andrea; her great grandchildren, Oliver and Lily; her cousin Mary Treier; her daughter Betty; and her caregivers, Danielle, Erin and Phil. She is also survived by other relatives and all of her friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Juravinski Cancer Centre.
