She was predeceased by: her former husband John Jefferies; her parents, Steve Witt and Ellen Witt; her sister-in-law Janet Jefferies; and her parents-in-law, Aurther and Helen Jefferies.
She is survived by: her children, Cory Jefferies and Samantha Pellegrino (Frank); her friend Beth; her grandchildren, Simon Pellegrino, Sara Turner (Cameron) and JP Pellegrino (Brittney); her great grandchildren, Lucy, Allan, Claire, Ellie (Elizabeth) and Gilbert; her brother Steve Witt; her sister-in-law Lynn; her nephews, Troy, Andrew (Denora) and Matthew (Erica); her husband Frank; her aunt Jan (Paul); her friend John; Jennifer and Melissa. She is also survived by children, her many cousins and wonderful friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, August 12th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home (36 Lake Ave Dr, Stoney Creek, ON L8G3N3). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, August 12th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, August 12th 2026 at the Eastlawn Cemetery (2280 Barton St E, Hamilton, ON L8E2W8).
There will be no "in lieu of flowers".
