It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ernest Romain (Hamilton, Ontario), who passed away on October 28, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Ernest Romain to show support.

Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Ernest leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his significant other Pat Romain; his daughters, Hope Romain-Greene (Sean) and Rebecca Romain (Joe); his grandchildren, Luke Norsworthy (Brooklyn), Emily Norsworthy (Tyler) and Kayla Starr (Calvin); and his siblings, James Romain (Claire) and Sandra Valliant (late Allan).

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Ernie, may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, and the Canadian Cancer Society.
