He was predeceased by: his parents, Olga Hewko and John Hewko; and his brother Bob Hewko. He is survived by: his children, Kelly-Ann Hewko (Derek Robertson) and Erin Hewko; his grandchildren, Alice-Ann Robertson and Ethan Robertson; his brother Roman; and his sister-in-law Catherine Hewko.
