He is survived by: his siblings, Cecille Blain (Danny), Patricia Tobias (Kelly), Timmy Tobias and Wayne Hopkins; his sister-in-law Linda; his children, Lynda Belmore (Rodger Belmore), Barbara Tobias Vanevery (Randy Vanevery), Mark Tobias (Sheryl Williams) and John Tobias; his stepdaughters, Jessica Pearson and Deborah Pearson; his grandchildren, Eugene (Shannon), Michelle (Cody), Jason, James (Courtney), Charlene (Matt), Joleen (Kory) and Mark Jr. (Salena); and his great grandchildren, Kole, Lilly, Evan, Kylie, Mikaela, Erica, Jordan, Jaxon, Jolan, Tyson, Noah, Cody, Comyn, Camrym, Chatney, Konnor, Lincoln, Nolan, Hunter, Aeris, Alyx, Presley, Victoria and Khaleesi.
