She was predeceased by: her husband Vincenzo; her brother Carmelo La Porta (late Carmela); and her parents, Domenico Porta and Concetta La Porta. She is survived by: her children, Lena Navarra, Joe Navarra (Vicky), Connie (Roger Hachey) and Dominic Navarra (Bice); and her grandchildren, Elaine (Peter), Sandra, Andrew (Darci), Melinda (Chris) and Jacob.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Bay Gardens Funeral Home (947 Rymal Rd E, Hamilton, ON L8W3M2). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Church (440 King St E, Hamilton, ON L8N1C6).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society.
