Ferdo touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his son Walter (Karen). He is survived by: his wife Ana; his children, Ivan (Kelley) and Barb; and his grandchildren, Justin (Kassaundra), Dylan (Heather), Brandon, Steven (Rebecca), Samantha (Ian), Michelle and Erin.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 3rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Markey-Dermody Funeral Home (1774 King St E, Hamilton, ON L8K1V7). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 3rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
