She was predeceased by: her brother Jose De Couto (Maria); and her parents, Ernesto and Erene. She is survived by: her spouse Evelino; her children, Olga Barreca (John Dean), Dean (Carolyn) and Susie Costa (Frank); her grandchildren, Sarah, Celena, Emily, Vincent, Stephanie and Olivia; her sister Alda Medeiros (late Manuel); her friend Portugal; and her caregiver Deidra "Dee". She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
