It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Franc Kapusin (Hamilton, Ontario), who passed away on March 26, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his wife Katarina; his sibling Marica Rudman (late George) of St. Catharines; his parents, Joze Kapusin (Joe) of Slovenia and Mary Draskovich; and his step-father John Draskovich of Welland.

He is survived by : his children, Joe (Jennifer) of Calgary and Sonya Bubas (Andy) of Mississauga; his grandsons, Andrew and Mark Kapusin; his brother Joe Kapusin (late Anica) of Australia; his siblings-in-law, Barbara Cunjak of Fonthill, Dragica Zabcic (late Nikola) of Croatia, Vera Cunjak (late Ivan) of Welland and Marica Cunjak (late Antun) of Croatia; and his cousin Lovro Crep (Andjela) of Windsor. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 30th 2021 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Smith's Funeral Home - Stoney Creek (454 ON-8, Hamilton, ON L8G). A burial was held on Wednesday, March 31st 2021 at the Our Lady of the Angels Cemetery (681 Mud St E, Stoney Creek, ON L8J3B8). Masks will be required and Covid restrictions including social distancing guidelines will be in place.
