He was predeceased by: his wife Carmelina; his parents, Raimondo Farruggia and Francesca Farruggia; his in-laws, Carmelo and Giuseppina LaRosa; and his siblings, Rosalia (Salvatore Baiardo) and Salvatore (Gianna).
He is survived by: his children, Franci (Phil), Dino (Priscilla) and Carm; his grandchildren, Mateo, Christian, Franco, Dante, Alessandro and Maya; and his sisters, Giovanna (late Carmelo Cacciatore) and Vincenza (Salvatore Cacciatore). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Friscolanti Funeral Chapel (43 Barton St E, Hamilton, ON L8L2V7). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Regina Mundi Church (631 Mohawk Rd W, Hamilton, ON L9C1X7). A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at the Holy Sepulchre Catholic Cemetery (600 Spring Gardens Rd, Burlington, ON L7T1J1).
