Francis Duffy Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on March 29, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Francis Duffy (Hamilton, Ontario). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his siblings, Mae, Iris, Dorothy, Ans (Betty), John (Jean) and Philip Duffy; and his fathers-in-law, Joe Chiarot (Margaret), Billy Chiarot and Guido Chiarot (Bernice).

He is survived by: his wife Eleanor; his children, Christine Lasebnik (Tim), Karen McDougall, Cathy McSweeney (Brian), Kelly Duffy-Kariam (Doug), Kimmy Day (Nigel) and Kevin (Lisa); his grandchildren, Jason, Melissa, Mike, Katie, Jennifer, Matthew, Melanie, Mitchell, Philip, Elena, Courtney, Riley, Bryson and Conor; and his siblings-in-law, Alma Schneider (Paul), John Chiarot (late Ruth), Isabel Nixon (late George) and Louie Chiarot (Alice).

Due to COVID restrictions, the family will be having a private Funeral Mass to celebrate Duff's life.

Frank was a proud north ender and in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the St. Lawrence Elementary School (stla.hwcdsb.ca) or to the Catholic Youth Organization (cyo.on.ca).
