Gail Gebel Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gail Gebel (Hamilton, Ontario), who passed away on July 23, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Sims and Margaret Sims; and her siblings-in-law, Pete, Andy and Mary.

She is survived by: her husband Joe; her children, Steve, Mark (Jenn) and Krista Aquino (Jack); her grandchildren, Jesse (Ana), Justin, Melissa, Emily, Alyssa, Matthew, Jayden, Addison and Grace; her brother Larry Sims (Pat); her siblings-in-law, Betty Gebel and Zenis Zyma (late Margaret); and her caregivers, Anne, Rachel and Clarissa. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Juravinski Cancer Centre would be greatly appreciated by the family.
