She is survived by: her parents, Karen Hyatt (Wayne) and Ron Harrod (Johanna); her daughters, Jordan Gibbons and Sydney Hamel (Ethan); and her brother Mike Harrod (Theresa). She is also survived by her daughters, her mother, and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 6th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Markey-Dermody Funeral Home (1774 King St E, Hamilton, ON L8K 1V7). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Emmanuel House Hospice.
