Gaye Webster Obituary
In loving memory of Gaye Webster (Hamilton, Ontario), who departed this world on July 20, 2025 at the age of 85. Gaye leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Douglas Chanter and Doris Chanter. She is survived by: her daughters, Melanie Beth and Anita Ruth; her husband Keith Webster; her son Terrance; her sister Carole Ahmad (Shaheen); her nieces, Yasmeen, Cara, Maya and Sara; her brother Douglas Chanter (Stephania Blahut); her niece Sarah Allen; and her friends, Edith and Linda.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Crown Point Community Church (92 Ottawa St N, Hamilton, ON L8H3Z1). A reception will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to Crown Point Community Church, in honour of Gaye's lifelong faith and love of community.
