Georgine (Robichaud) DesRoches Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Georgine (Robichaud) DesRoches (Hamilton, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Georgine shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Georgine farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Alphonse; and her daughters, Anne Durand (Ken), Claire Eccles (Bruce), Colette DesRoches Blakely (John), Nina Nicklin (Andrew) and Lise Gould (George). She was also cherished by her family which grew to include 11 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 23rd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Turner Family Funeral Home (53 Main St, Dundas, ON L9H2P7). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, March 24th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Augustine's Parish (58 Sydenham St, Dundas, ON L9H2T9).
