She was predeceased by: her brothers, Lawrence Franey and Leo Franey; and her stepgrandson Leroy Gray. She is survived by: her husband Leroy; her sons, Neil Barrett of Dartmouth and Kevin Barrett (Paula) of Hamilton; her grandchildren, Nicholas of Hamilton, Chelsea of Hamilton and Jacob of Hamilton; her siblings, Irene, Ellen and Tom of Ontario; her stepdaughter Tammy Gray of Halifax; her stepgrandchildren, Dylan and Dewon; and her siblings-in-law, Beverley of Halifax and George (Terri). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
