He was predeceased by: his siblings, Joan Maloney, Helen Weylie and Anthony "Tony" Cooper. He is survived by: his wife Melanie; his daughter Sheila Garrett (Brian); his stepson Jason Porter; his grandchildren, Avelyn Porter, Allison Kemper (Steve), Thomas Garrett (Maria) and Ian Garret (Sarah); his great grandchildren, Mae Leslie and Jolene Ann Kemper; his sisters, Barbara Thompson and Heurtha Thomson; and his friends, Barbara and Thomas Dilworth.
