He was predeceased by: his parents, Eduardo Forte and Grazia Lo Forte. He is survived by: his wife Josie (Amore). He is also survived by many friends including many friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Friscolanti Funeral Chapel (43 Barton St E, Hamilton, ON L8L2V7). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Anthony of Padua Church (165 Prospect St N, Hamilton, ON L8L 6X7). A burial will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery (600 Spring Gardens Rd, Burlington, ON L7T1J1).
