He is survived by: his son Frank Facciuolo; his daughter-in-law Patricia Eugenia Medaglia Facciuolo; his son Mario Facciuolo; his grandchildren, Megan Patricia Visca Facciuolo (Xavier Schoppel), Joseph Mario Facciuolo, Mario James Visca Facciuolo, Anthony Michael Facciuolo and Marco Daniel Facciuolo; his sisters-in-law, Agata Bozzo (Antonio Bozzo) of Hamilton, Gina Bozzo Gennaccaro (Antonio Gennaccaro) of Hamilton and Teresa Filice Bozzo of Hamilton; and his friend San Giovanni. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, extended family.
