He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Barbara Munisteri; his parents, Antonia Munisteri and Calogero Munisteri; his mother-in-law Carrie Morreale Brown; his siblings, Leo, Vincenza Munisteri, Angela, Joe Alfano, Connie and David Morganti; and his siblings-in-law, Brenda, Louis Richard, Sam Brown and Jennifer Murphy. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 30th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Bay Gardens Funeral Home (947 Rymal Rd E, Hamilton, ON L8W3M2). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, May 1st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Regina Mundi Parish (631 Mohawk Rd W, Hamilton, ON L9C1X7). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 1st 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
