He was predeceased by: his parents, Patricia and Wray; his siblings, Claire (Donna), Lynda (Roger), Marilyn and Carolyn; and his brother-in-law John (Taimi).
He is survived by: his wife Janice Froats; his children, Todd (Heather), Tara (Brent) and Marilyn (Scott); his grandsons, Brody (Rebecca), Tommy, Scotty, Caleb, Ben and Johnny; his great grandchild Skylar; his sisters, Bonnie (Ron) and Tammy (Dave); his brother-in-law Mark (Laurie); and his pet Lilly. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, September 14th 2025 from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM at the Glancaster Clubhouse (1000 Silverbirch Blvd, Hamilton, ON L0R1C0).
