He was predeceased by: his parents, Karen and Graham (Leanne); his siblings, Elva, Dorothy, Bill, Bob, Ted and Joan; and his brother-in-law John Ayerst.
He is survived by: his spouse Beverly; his father-in-law David; his granddaughters, Kaitlyn (John) and Megan (Ryan); his brother Dennis (Lois); and his sisters-in-law, Joan Miller and Janet Turner.
As an expression of sympathy, donations to Ker United Church or the Juravinski Cancer Centre would be appreciated by the family.
