She was predeceased by: her parents, Rhoda Marshall and Dudley Marshall; her brother Bob; and her grandson Matthew. She is survived by: her husband William Starr (Bill); her daughters, Barbara (Leon), Janet, Patricia (Peter) and Nancy (Peter); her grandchildren, Andy (Amanda), Heather, Marielle (Jay), Christopher (Sherri), Christy (Devin), John (Kim), Daniel (Ashley) and Owen; her great grandchildren, Andi, Elliette, Grayson, Lucas, Felix, Hailey, Austin and Veda; her niece Michelle; and her children, Bailey and Nathan.
