He is survived by: his wife Janice Marela (Knight); his children, Lauren Hill and Kate Marela-Crowell (Brock Crowell); his grandchildren, Blake, Brooklyn Hill and Brynn Crowell; his nephew Augie Marela; his mother-in-law Doreen Knight; and his brother-in-law David.
