He was predeceased by: his parents, Hendrikus Zwol and Harmtje Van Zwol. He is survived by: his significant other Liz Clark; and his siblings, Marty Bruins, Lottie Fennema (Ted) and George Van Zwol. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
