He is survived by: his children, Debra (Raymond), Virginia, Sandra, Jeffrey (Melissa), Linda (Ted) and Greg; his grandchildren, Amanda, Allison, Alex, Aimee, Steven, Katie, Jessica, Kelly, Natalie, Stephanie, Preston, Michelle, Becky, Matt, Woods, Foster and Lilly; his great grandchildren, Areyana, Adelyn, Piper, Liam, Hudson and Oaklyn; his sister Marion Vanschaik; his granddaughters, Sarah and Rachel; and his great grandchild Annabella.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Juravinski Cancer Centre.
