She is survived by: her children, Michael (Theresa), Paul (Laura) and Kathleen (Pulkesh); her grandchildren, Matthew (Beth), Heather, Stephen (Sidony), Erin Genevieve (Mayra), Catherine, Taiya, Devan, Noriah and Tishya; her siblings, Rita Dugas, Kathleen Somers, Dorothy Keene (Dennis) and Gerald Somers; and her sister-in-law Shirley Somers. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the P. X. Dermody Funeral Home (796 Upper Gage Ave, Hamilton, ON L8V4K4). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations to The Alzheimer Society would be greatly appreciated.
