Helen Jarvis Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Helen Jarvis (Hamilton, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 9, 2026 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Padfield and Agnes Padfield; her sisters, Marion Tate (Ed) and Evelyn Varga; and her daughter Mary Elizabeth.

She is survived by: her husband Norman; her children, Kathryn (Steve) and Glenn (Carrie); her grandchildren, Alice Caitlin and Victor (Taylor); her great grandchildren, Lexi, Kayden and Braelyn; and her siblings, Barbara, Bill (Shirley) and Mildred (Al).

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Clark and Sons Funeral Home (567 Upper Wellington St, Hamilton, ON L9A3P8). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St Andrews United Church (479 Upper Paradise Rd, Hamilton, ON L9C5E2). A burial will be held on Monday, June 1st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Woodland Cemetery (700 Spring Gardens Rd, Burlington, ON L7T1J3).
