He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Wilson. He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Margaret Ludkin (Rick), Jane Clementino (Carlo), Rick Laidman (Edith) and John Peck (Lissa); and his son Herbert W. Carter (Alice M. Watts).
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Burlington - Bay Gardens Cremation, Memorial & Funeral Home (1010 Botanical Dr, Burlington, ON L7T1V1). A memorial service was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location.
