He is survived by: his children, Aroop, Veera, Mona and Munish; his grandsons, Akshay, Arjun, Sachin and Rishi; and his siblings, Usha Bhardwaj, Manju Bhatnagar, Vijay Rastogi and Ajay Rastogi.
