He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel and Beatrice. He is survived by: his wife Maria Conceicao; his children, Ines Capuano (Carl), Maria Teresa Da Silva and Lucy Landry (Andy); his grandchildren, Lena (Steve), Vacon, Kyle Da Silva (Jennyfer), Christine Cooke (Matt), Michael, Jasal, Michelle Jasal and Justin Da Silva (Yureyny); his great grandchildren, Vienna, Valen, Cordelia and Aqueela-Katana; his siblings, Ines Reis and Jose Da Silva; and his friend Portugal. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations to McMaster Children's Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
