He was predeceased by: his parents, Tomo and Margarita; and his siblings, Ivo (Kata), Miska (Jela), Mica (Josko), Gusti (Rozika), Margarita (Pavao) and Frank.
He is survived by: his daughters, Anna Banko (Frank) and Liz Matijasic (Steve); his grandchildren, Natasha Grguric (Slavko), Justin Matijasic (Marina), Nicole Cowie (Brad), Brandon Banko (Tamara), Eliana, Maksim, Ivano and Mateo; his siblings, Ljuba (late Gusti), Anika (Stevo) and Vlado (Julika); his sisters-in-law, Pat (late Frank) and Zora Zver; and his friends, Croatia, Germany and Austria. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Ignaz's memory may be made to Holy Cross Church or St. Joseph's Hospital.
