She was predeceased by: her husband Giuseppe Arfuso; her father Vincenzo Maceri; and her siblings, Rosa, Annunziata, Carmine and Domenica.

She is survived by: her mother Domenica Oliverio; her daughter Carmela Merla; her sons-in-law, Matthew (Daniella DiTomaso) and Paul; her grandchildren, Michaela, Serena, Alessia and Franco; and her nephews, Enza, Jason, Anthony and Gianna Masiero (Klae). She is also survived by her brother and sister in laws in Canada and Italy, many cousins, nieces.
