With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Isabelita Adraneda (Hamilton, Ontario), who passed away on July 13, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Avelina, Jesus, Carlos and Luisita "Tessie". She is survived by: her children, Erwina Consunji (late Bernardino), Ernesto Adraneda Jr. (Vivian) and Elisa Macabuag (Mark); her grandchildren, Xianelle, Xiarhina (Jeric), Anna, Xiarissa, Marcus, Alex, Kaleb, Kian, Kialah and Koltan; her great grandchildren, Vivienne, Kaiden, Luna, Lyla and Kira; and her siblings, Eduardo (Cely), Angelino Naval (Juliet), Josie Cruz (late Arthur), Mario (Flor) and Narciso Adraneda (Sionie).
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cresmount Funeral Home Fennell Chapel (322 Fennell Ave E, Hamilton, ON L9A1T2). A prayer will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 3:45 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (19 Viewpoint Ave, Hamilton, ON L8V2S4).
