He was predeceased by: his parents, Settimio Salvatore and Ada Salvatore; and his siblings, Gemma Silvestri (late Cesare), Lea Silvestri (late Frank) and Mario Salvatore (Martha).
He is survived by: his friend Katerina; and his nieces and nephews, Itala (Giulio), Settimio (Julie), Elena, Paul (Lisa), Carlo (Lucy), Dan (Tina), Sandra (Ed), Anthony (Kassia) and Chiara. He is also survived by many great nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
As per Italo's wishes, in lieu of flowers donations to St. Anthony of Padua Parish, St. Peter's Hospital or a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
