He is survived by: his children, Larry, Bruce (Chris), Penny Cole (Russell) and Valerie Pazzi (Albert); his sister Pat; his sister-in-law Joanne; his grandchildren, Kristin, Stacey, Cole, Dean, Paul (Kathy), Matthew (Ruza), Alex, Stephen (Victoria) and Sean; his great grandchildren, Samuel, Benjamin, Anthony, Luka, Nicholas and Elizabeth; and his extended family, Bonnie (late Robert), Stephanie, Karen, Augustino, Linda, Vanessa and Matthew (Megan).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation in Jack's memory.
