He was predeceased by: his parents, Minnie Jackson and Charles Jackson; his in-laws, Mary and Bill Dalziel; his brothers, Jim and George; and his brother-in-law Paul.
He is survived by: his wife Sheila; his children, Jack Jr. (Debra Lochhead), Scott (Marie Bosnic), Teresa (Clive Oosthuizen) and Tamara (Darrin La Pointe); his grandchildren, Jordan, Brittany (Tim), Hayden, Sydney (Courtney) of Matthew, AJ, Samantha (Steve), Alex, Cameron and Brandon; and his in-laws, Colleen (Lloyd) and Bev. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, extended family.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Markey Dermody Funeral Home (1774 King St E, Hamilton, ON L8K 1V7).
