He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis; and his son Wayne. He is survived by: his children, Geraldine Smith, Brenda McKenzie (late Bob), Deborah Gowers (Bill), John Jr. (Gloria), Barry and Len (June); and his siblings, Tom, Florence, Dorothy and Diane. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
