With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Jacob Hoek (Hamilton, Ontario), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Jacob left this world on October 16, 2025 at the age of 99, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Johanna Hoek; and his children, Mary, Jim VanderGraaf, Alice, John Maas, Jack, Anita Hoek, Anthony and Tina Hoek.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Maranatha Free Reformed Church of Hamilton (1114 Old Mohawk Rd, West Mountain, ON L9K1J9). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
